That could be fun. It's on my list of things to do (right after re-writing Strack's Dam.) If anyone has a copy of the final One Road script, I would love to have that.

I was thinking about what Liz said in regards to gearing our shows toward a theme, and I really like that. The only way I can see it happening however, is if we release the theme NOW, so that people can start writing, since it's not like we have a pool of works to be picking from. I'd like to propose we do a season based around "Sympathy", because I think a part of what we do, and what storytelling does in general, is allow us to commiserate with each other in the pains of living lives always in transit.

Well, here's the thing.
We don't really need to give the theme out now, since the theory goes (at least with Steppenwolf) that they don't choose the shows based on whether or not they fit the theme (like, shows aren't written to the theme) but the direction that the productions take is geared toward that theme.
Instead of being a major factor in productions, they're the key that keeps it together, subtley.

That sounds even better! Haha.

Just so you know though, I will be working with "sympathy" for the rest of my life!

How about "empathy," huh? I like empathy better than sympathy.

Empathy seems a little pretentious to me, it says something like: if you try hard enough, you can pretend like you know how I feel. Sympathy just says something like, I love you; I am compassionate towards you because you are you and nothing else matters.
