2009 Season Submissions

We'll start thinking about this at our retreat, agreed? Speaking of which, when is that gonna be?

Can we do it before August? I'd like to be involved before I head out :-(

Yes! Most definitely before august. Let's get a master schedule together (including rehearsals for things) so that we can figure out when our actual breaks are. I am so excited about the retreat!! If you guys want to send me dates of when you're going to be available for things, as well as rehearsal dates, performances and all of that I can get that going. Remember, fifth-of-a-life crisis.

I've been trying to figure out a program, spread sheet - something, so I can get Underworld King rehearsal online through email and stuff. but I'm retarded. What do you use Tony? haha

I use iCal, but if you just want to throw out the dates and times, I can enter it all manually. You ought to use iCal too, since you own a mac. this thing looks like how I feel...

I do use Ical (I just figure out you can print from there! haha). But do you use a program to email calender dates?

And yeah - just start throwing days out there.

Girl, you can just use google's calendar program, it sends notifications to all of us, as far as I know. Also I think you can program it to invite other people too. That's what I would use. But I don't have this iCal business.

Use the google calender. That way, we have a master view of stuff and far less emailing of a billion calenders.

We need to start accepting scripts for our 2009 - 2010 season. Can there be anyway we can type something up for the AHA! people?
